We are excited to be getting started with the 2018 Season. Now that the initial teams have been established, we have some items to discuss with the parents and players. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight in the Theater at Santiago at 6:30 PM. We won’t keep you long….as we know you all have finals to prepare. This meeting is for Varsity, JV, and JV2 Teams.

We have scheduled a practice next Wednesday, Oct 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on the upper field at Santiago HS. Please make sure you have your athletic clearance packet turned-in, or you will not be able to practice.

We had to end the conditioning/wall ball session today due the fire and subsequent poor air quality. We will keep Wednesday’s practice for now, but please check your communications up to the start time on Wednesday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Don’t forget, Fall practices start Sunday, Sept 10 from 8:30 – 10:30 AM in the Stadium. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ATHLETIC PACKETS turn in and APPROVED to be able to practice….NO EXCEPTIONS. All packets are turned into the Athletic Department…..not to the coaches. See you all Sunday!

Santiago HS Girls Lacrosse Program is holding our Player and Parent Information Meeting on Thursday August 24, at 7 PM, in the school theater.

This is an important meeting, so please get the word out for all prospective players and their parents to attend. There is no experience required to sign up, many of our current varsity starters were good athletes in other sports and learned to play under the guidance of our coaching staff.

Practices will start during the month of September. It is imperative that all prospective players complete and turn in their athletic clearances before September 5, 2017, to be eligible to attend our first practice. We will explain the process at the meeting.
